Day 20

  • We received a donation of $200 from Mechanical Systems, so we would like to thank them for that.

  • We finished making the inner support pieces for our frame

  • We finished the wheel spacers.

  • Welded more of our frame.

  • We broke one mill but its alright because we fixed it

  • We fixed the vice on our other mill

  • Glued more bottle caps.

  • We started turning our motor side outer shooter hub on the lathe.

  • We figured out which motor we want to use for the ball collector.

  • We cut out even more metal for more of our frame so we can attach our idler wheels.

  • Programmers made the backboard tracking even better and faster!

  • Animators finished some animation segments and it is looking awesome! They also worked on more props for the animation

Main Achievement: We did a kinetic energy analysis on the ball collector, rollers, belts, and pulleys
